Ministry of Tourism will close Miradouro da Lua for a period of 6 months
STATEMENT
The Ministry of Tourism announced the temporary closure of the Miradouro da Lua for a period of six months, due to the start of improvement, containment, and stabilization works on the ravine. According to an official note, the intervention aims to safeguard the integrity of this important natural heritage, as well as mitigate the effects of erosion that have been affecting the area over time. The works also aim to strengthen the safety and preservation conditions of the site, one of the most visited tourist spots in the province of Luanda.
